The Patient wishing to benefit from the service can register from the online form directly to on our website.
The Patient wishing to benefit from the service must go to a host hospital (hospital with the AFRICA CARDIAC CARE service). He/she then meets the nurses in charge of this service who will guide him/her on the conduct to be adopted which is very simple. The patient will then enroll in the program by providing his / her personal information and paying the annual registration fee.
He/she will receive a smart card which will allow him to benefit from the four types of exams in all the centers hosting the AFRICA CARDIAC CARE service in the country. Each exam he performs will be interpreted by a cardiologist who will be assigned to him and who will follow him throughout the year.
ONCE THE PATIENT HAS SUBSCRIBED FOR THE SERVICE AND RECEIVED ITS CARD, IT MAY GO TO ANY HEALTH CENTER OR HOSPITAL OFFERING THE SERVICE. THEN, HE/SHE WILL RECEIVE ALL OF THE FOUR TYPES OF EXAMINATIONS QUOTED ABOVE.
The back side of the card informs the patient about the partner hospitals that house the Africa Cardiac Care service, as well as the hours and days of exams.
The front of the patient's chart allows us to identify him by specifying his name, sex, occupation, nationality, date of birth and the region in which he lives.
